"I ordered a special LED light bulb, that fits into halogen fixtures. The bulb was priced at $28, and they charged $9.99 shipping. It took them over 6 weeks to ship the order. When I received it the box had no invoice, and the item they shipped was a broken halogen light bulb (that normally cost only $3). Shackdesigngroup insists this is the item I ordered (even though the item number is no longer on their website). It's obvious their inventory is all messed up, and they sent me a box of e-waste instead of canceling or refunding the order. Shackdesigngroup now refuses to refund my order, and says I can only return the broken incorrect item for a replacement incorrect item.
I'm outraged these disorganized crooks won't rectify their mistakes."
