"Took forever to get my replacement lenses and they weren't what I really wanted. First time I ordered said they were in stock only to get an email saying they were back ordered. Several notifications later the original lenses are no longer available. Called customer service and the gal on the phone gave the option to order brown polarized, went with them. Week later got a notification the order was delayed due to customs. After all this it took almost 2 months to receive the lenses I didn't really want, but better than the old scratched lenses on my Raybans I guess."

"They posted i would get my sunglasses on goven date on their website......once i have done with the payment....i got my order no. Or confirmation ìd thats ok...a very next day i got a mail from shades daddy that my sunglasses gonna take longer wat they have said earlier....i right away called them nd checked wats goin on...i spoke to their representative...she said all of these sunglasses are coming from italy..thats why its taking longer time.....i was so turned off...nd tell her to cancel...my order....thanx"

"The glass had the website of the resell-er written on temples with BIG font. The shades are simply unusable. Its a showpiece only.
I appreciate the concern of customer care. I agree it was exactly the same as pictured. But I expected that the website name would be a removable sticker. Which could have made the glass usable. Irrespective of every facts, the glass is to ugly to use. I ask the customer care guys would you use the glass with shadesDaddy.com written on both the temples for even a day? You shouldn't expect your customer to use something which you cannot use even."

But one star less because I was left in the dark about my order till I called.
They should have at least a disclaimer saying that it's processing takes about 3 weeks before a tracking code is issued to the customer.
They should "fix the dark"."

"I tried ShadesDaddy for the first time and must say I am impressed. Great selection of Ray Bans which is what I was looking for. I got a pair of top quality aviators. They are a little smaller than the previous pair I had which I lost:( but I love them just the same. I would love to order another pair from ShadesDaddy and am watching for sales!!!"
