"The Shadowlands ghost hunters store was a big disappointment. I had high hopes when I found a store that was selling ghost research tools. My hopes were quickly destroyed. My order took almost two weeks to get to me. Then when I opened the box of the six items I ordered, one item was missing, one was broken and appeared to be used, and another item was different than what I ordered. The remaining three items were in good shape and arrived as they were described on the site. It took repeated emails to get an answer and although a partial refund was issued it was not much less $ than I was due."
