"I need a lug nut for a 2024 Tundra. You said you had one and would send it to me. A couple of days later you said it would be shipped from California. So, I cancelled the order and asked the dealer I purchased it from. They said they would order one and send it to me. I need to leave for a trip on Tuesday and I still don't have it."
