"I agree that their customer service stunk. But, I did get a good deal on my digital camera. It was 30% less than anywhere else. It's interesting because I always look up an online company's BBB rating before purchasing, but I didn't find this company listed."

"I had purchased a Digital Camera on November 4th, 2002 on their website. I couldn't find them as sellers on your site so I thought that they might be legit. Unfortunately I found out that these guys were criminals and they used to known as Sharper Digital.com. I would like to go into detail but I'm so frustrated an angry at this company. They have hung up on me on numerous occassions and have failed to respond to my emails. I have contacted my credit card company and let them know about these criminals. Stay AWAY"

"Whatever you do, stay clear of this company. They may advertise at times with the lowest prices, but they do not belong being in business. Terrible customer service, unprofessional invoices, shotty follow-up and a belief that if they don't don't reply to you via their email then maybe you'll go away. Not to mention that they have a history with Better Business. Spend a few dollars extra and take the time to do a good review of the vendor you end up dealing with."
