DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will take your money and never send your parts.
"Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I placed my order. Looks like I am experiencing everything everyone else is experiencing. I placed my order 5-6-2021 and have yet to receive my shocks. I have tried contacting this business every way possible with no luck. I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charge as soon I finish this review. I also plan to contact my state attorney general."

No shocks, no way to get ahold of anyone (GHOST BUSINESS)
"I placed my order 2 weeks ago. They charged my card. No tracking number. After one week I tried calling, it hangs up after a brief message all operators are busy. I tried live chat, but it's closed. I tried texting, but they say it's off hours (it's not--morning weekday). There's literally nobody running this company. They are just taking money and ghosting us. I'll be calling my bank to dispute this as fraud on Monday morning."

"Ordered a set of Koni fsd shocks for our Motorhome and have not received tracking number . called multiple times (recording only) the automated text ,chats, email and live help all say they are after hours in the middle of the day . Is this place even real ?? or in business ?? will be disputing charges on card and moving on . the $10 I saved on the shocks are not worth this ."

I ordered in December now April 1st no tracking given
"I have called many times only to get a message that there are a high volume of calls and then a message and then hangs up on you. only once did I get a person and he said they were on backorder and it would be going out and be here by early March, Now its april 1st. I guess Im the fool, I understand the nation is running slow these days but this is way beyond slow. Im still trying to get ahold of someone and I have let a message to them lets see if they get back to me."

Bad Customer Service
"I ordered a full set of HD bilstien shocks for my 2017 VW e-golf in November 2020. I got the front struts. The rear shock box arrived empty.
I immediately called and talked to a service representative once who said they would send the rear shocks. I never received them. I never got a shipment notification. I have not gotten any further responses to multiple emails, chat box inquiries, multiple phone calls, or text messages over the course of 3 months. I would like my shocks please! An empty box does not fulfill my order! I want my shocks or a refund! I'm suspect of the legitimacy of this company and will never do business with them again."

Avoid at all cost
"I would choose zero stars if it was an option.
Avoid this company at all cost. I received a defective shock absorber, had to pay $22 return shipping, and a $15 "warranty charge". A month after they received the bad shock, I finally had to dispute the charge on my CC because they never credited me."
