"1. Horrible and rude customer service agent via text
2. Didn’t resolve the simple issue of changing my email and told to contact support AGAIN 24-48 hours later to have it updated after spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to resolve it.
3. Refused to answer my questions about my order and give contact info of where to file a complaint
4. No communication or options when trying to login into an old account, that replacing and old email with a new one is the action if we have an expired account. Instead, the order was cancelled without reason and met with a rude agent."
