work boots cannot take the heat
"Purchased some work boots from Shoes for Crews LLC on Amazon. We kept them outside in order to use them when taking our dog outside. The material expanded on the inside and made it impossible to wear them anymore as they were then too small. I contacted the company and emailed back and forth for 4 months to no avail. They asked for information, I provided it, then they didn't respond. Reached back out, they responded with same information request. I provided it again and again, even though they could've just looked at the email chain and found it themselves. Then I requested to speak to a manager. For 2 months they said a manager would get in touch with me. Terrible waste of time."
