Initially disappointed but completely satisfied in the end!
"I placed two orders over a week ago and had not gotten a tracking number nor had I gotten notification of anything being shipped. I emailed and called multiple times and for a few days no one got back to me. When I finally heard from them they apologized profusely for any inconvenience and once my order was ready rushed it to me 2nd day air. My order arrived today and I found a couple nice trinkets added to the box, obviously an added apology.
I've learned not to jump to conclusions before getting to know the circumstance, and not to assume the worst. These people came through for me.
