"Was thrilled with being able to find the rum products I purchased. Can not get them in the state I live in, which is Maine. The web site was extremely user friendly, shipping costs not as expensive as other places and the speed of the shipping was great. I will definitely be ordering from Shopper's Vineyard again.

"I placed my order on 7-29-11. I sent a follow up note to Shopper's Vineyard on 8-4-11, because I had not received a notice of shipment. I received a reply very quickly stating that they were out of stock, but expecting a shipment that day.
Today is 8-11-11, I have not received a notice that my order has been shipped or my order.
This was my first time ordering, will probably cancel my order. Poor service and followup.

"Great experience. Pricing is not always THE best - but variety and selection are. Also, have to be careful of the quoted "ratings" - sometimes the wine being referenced in the rating IS NOT the same wine - different vintage, specific vineyard, or there is no actual review to match - not real often - but enough I find I have to check each one. I especially watch the WS claimed ratings - but that's me."
