"Overall experience was good. Two hitches-- first, I could not tell the dimensions of the stock used to fabricate the item, so had to email to make sure it was sturdy enough for me. Second, took multiple emails to straighten out my address. I had provided a street address for shipping, POBox for billing. Received an email telling me you could not ship to POBox. I agreed, pointed to the street address. Got an email with both billing and shipping addresses changed to street. I had to email twice to correct so credit card would go through."
