Horrible Customer Service -- Even For First Time Customers!
"I placed an order using my credit card. I have to send orders to my husband's work as we live on a rural route and the Post Office gets mad with large packages. I get an email 2 hours later that they have held the order and want me to pay using PayPal because of "fraudulent recent orders." To get anyone from this company is a joke. Took me over an hour by hitting zero each time it asked me to leave a message. Then when I spoke to the woman who answered she was beyond rude and ill-mannered. How this company continues to be in business with such horrible customer service, I will never understand. Thank God for Amazon. It may be a few dollars more but well worth it in the long run."
