Stay Away
"Ordered parts and never got a confirmation email. Called a week later to check on order, was told items were on backorder. A month later after reading all the negative reviews, I called to ask for a refund. They told me it had to be approved and I would get an email within 24 hrs. I am not expecting anything from them. No product, no email and no refund. Terrible company. RUN AWAY."

Stay away from this company 40% restock fee
"Stay away from this place. I chatted with a rep after waiting for a transmission to ship for about 3 weeks. He told me that the companies were having a hard time getting parts to build the products. And he said it will be a while before they had the part back in stock. So, I did a cancellation request and ordered it some place else. The very next day they the status changed to preparing to ship. Another guy sends me an email saying that it was too late to cancel the item. I also talked to a guy on the phone and he said I would have to follow their return policy. Scammer's"

Took my money but did not deliver
"I should have known...most reputable places only charge your card once the order is in the process of being fulfilled. They processed my charge card immediately. I ordered on June 3rd. I have heard nothing from them. I went online and it says Awaiting Shipment with a Last Updated on June 4th. It's nearly two months later. I emailed, not reply. I'll be calling Monday but I fear that all these reviews are correct and they are a scam. Their website shows a emblem saying 51,011 5 star reviews...I guess you can put that on any site. No link to verify."

Dishonest Company
"Ordered parts--after a week I check status because I did not receive a shipping notice. The parts were not scheduled to ship for 4 weeks-not in stock, but not listed as out of stock. I called to cancel the order and I' m told that the cancelation request will be sent tyo the shipping department(total BS) a week later I still have not heard anything so I call back. I am told my request was denied!!!!!! They simply deny your requerst to cancel despite not having the merchadise in stock. This site is a Compltete SCAM--- DISHONEST COMPANY ----------BUYER BEWARE"

Another person scammed by this horrible company!
"Said items were in stock, then emailed me and said they werent in stock, then told me I owed 3x more in shipping fees that they wanted paypal payment for. When I asked how they knew what size the box would be when they diddnt even have the items, they folded and basically admitted it was a scam. I asked for a shipping quote or invoice and they said they were going to refund my order. STILL NO REFUND! CONTACTING POLICE, FBI, AND CREDIT CARD COMPANY! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!"

Waste of Time - They Can Not Deliver The Products They Advertise
"Ordered three parts for an older Toro lawnmower. About two days later I received a message from Small Engine Pro stating that the order was on hold and I would need to contact them. I called to find out that ALL THREE of the parts were on backorder with no expected ship date. The website claimed they were selling genuine Toro parts, so I assumed the same parts were on backorder from the Toro dealer network. I called my local Toro Turf dealer and they had all three parts in stock and available.
This place lists great prices and delivery estimates, but they don't actually have the parts. I'm guessing they cancelled my order because the dealer price was significantly more than the price they agreed to sell at. This place is a waste of your time, and they will not have the parts you need."

Terrible Customer Service:
"I needed some help with an oil seal that I purchased from Small Engines Pro Dealer. (Hernan Menjivar); he was very rude and wouldn't take time to understand my situation. Hernan also cut off the chat before I was finished. The bottom line is the correct seal was ordered, but it slides on really easy and oil leaks. I never replaced the seal before and never had an oil leak. Don't use this company."

Bait n Switch
"This is another one of those sites built by a pro to make you believe you will get superior products FAST, at great prices, with astounding customer service. WRONG!
The product is quoted as inexpensive, with an acceptable estimated delivery date. The hook is set. Considering the estimated delivery date provided, the average person doesn't question if the items are in stock. This is how it works from there.
Unfortunately, the customer awaits for delivery on the estimated date provided. Unbeknownst to the customer, the order is placed on the back burner, because something is "out of stock." They don't notify the customer of the problem. Instead, they order the part from their supplier. Based on their logic, once they order the item, it is not on back order. According to their "company policy" if an order is not on back order, it can't be canceled.
That's a scam! I doubt they have any inventory at all. If they did, why wouldn't they just cancel my order and put the item on the shelf, since they were out of that part, anyway? I wonder how many people have suffered this same aggravation!"
