"I ordered one of their daily software specials for the princely sum of $7.99 but the after sale support was superb. I was unable to successfully validate the software after installation so I contacted SnaggStuff via email. The response, from two support people, was quick and helpful. After failing to solve the problem, a replacement was quickly shipped and successfully validated. This is what online shopping should be like."
