What a relief!
"I had been trying to activate my new Microsoft account and getting no where. Microsoft told me that my code had already been used and I feared I had been scammed. U had spent hours and hours working with Microsoft on the phone and they weren't in the least bit helpful.
However I got in touch with Zoho assist, told them our dilemma and that, as a parish, we couldn't afford to lose our money and within an hour he had the old programs wiped and the new application in place.
This is not like Trip Adviser: I am a genuine customer/parish priest and I am really grateful for Joe's help. 5/5."
