Some problems some solutions
"I purchased a product April 10,2019. It took 12 days and 3 remote sessions to correct the problem. Lead Miner2 was extremely helpful and deserves 5 STARS and solved the problem. But it shouldnt have taken 12 days and 3 remote sessions to get it corrected and that is why i gave it an overall 3 STARS."
