I Would absolutely recommend this place.
"I had Sonex recommended to me by both of my brothers a long time ago. I have had 2 amazing gaming computers built by him. He provides great customer service. He responds to my emails quickly. He always answers my questions thoroughly and makes appropriate recommendations to suit my budget and needs. Very trustworthy. I would most definitely recommend this place."

"Very poor service, overpriced repairs. I took in a phone for a screen replacement, and after the repair, the screen wouldn't work with any stylus. He claimed there was nothing wrong, and said that if I told him ahead of time that I needed to use a stylus, he would have told me he couldn't do it. Wouldn't you expect that the repaired device would work the same way as it did originally? If not, why wouldn't you warn the customer ahead of time? Unfortunate, as this shop came recommended by a friend, but I won't be going back."

"Just looking for a gaming PC ...go to so many store in richmond area... everyone try to sell me really over budget stuff...I go to one big chain store... even try to sell me $400 on just the case + power supply + cooling stuff... Finally find sonex monthly special deal.. $780 All tax in Get a i5 System with GTX660 !! I play all the game in high to ultra setting @ 1920x1080!! Good Deal!!!"

"I phoned ahead of time to see if they had a specific video cooler in stock. They said they didn't, but they immediately ordered stock and it arrived the next day; instead of phoning them this time (a bit lazy on my part) I used their convenient MSN Messenger contact option and double checked their stock. I went to the store to pay and pick it up and the service was excellent.
All in all, a great experience and I love the amount of modding gear they have."
