"I needed a small electric, geared motor and found it through SourcingMap.
I ordered and eventually the motor arrived. Unfortunately, however, it did not work.
I contacted SourcingMap and explained the problem, they replied very quickly (considering the time difference) with suggestions as to what may be the problem and what to try. These suggestions did not work so I replied, explaining exactly what I had done and what power supply I was using with the motor. Again, SourcingMap replied quickly to tell me that they would order a replacement motor for me. This was done and I received a working motor which I am very pleased with.
I must congratulate SourcingMap on the speed and the way they handled my problem and can only recommend them and say thank you for a very good service.
If you have a problem, don't just moan about it, contact SourcingMap and tell them the problem with as much information as you can to help them diagnose the problem. In my experience, they will do everything they can to help."

"I have ordered a speed control trigger switch for a hammer drill. The item was received today, in less than a month from the day of order in perfect condition. It is important to note that three weeks after the shipment I recieved an email from SourcingMap asking weather I had received the switch and if I was satisfied with it. Yes I am completely satisfied and I was able to repair my tool at very low cost. Thank you!!! I will order from you soon!!!"
