"Ordered a Savage 350 legend that included a Bushnell Scope. Rifle shipped to my local FFL. When I picked it up and brought it home, I was eager to to unbox it. Upon doing so, I unwrapped the rifle and found that the included mounted scope was missing BOTH turret caps. Looked through the entire box wondering Why they may have kept them off, only to find that they weren’t there. Called SOSS and they were closed. Sent an email and hope to hear back. Disappointed and wondered how this could’ve been missed. Usually a great experience here, but this time, not so much.

"Long story short, I purchased a Henry rifle and ammunition and had some concerns between ordering times, order numbers, shipping, and receiving updates. Incidentally, these did occur during the busy week of Black Friday and cyber Monday. Ultimately, the rifle purchase made it to my FFL dealer without a problem, but my ammunition did not quite work out as planned. Apparently the warehouse distributor did not have Miami in stock as previously believed. A sportsman representative, Aaron, called me personally to provide me with these updates, reassure me, and I felt made several attempts to make amend the situation which was out of his control. I was really grateful for this, especially given the busy holiday week in season. As a result, what initially started off as a concerning and poor experience, did turn into a positive experience. I would definitely feel confident in ordering through them again in the future."
