Complete disappointment
"Ordered chairs first week of August 2020 still haven't received them. Nobody answers phone or returns calls. Impossible to get a response from. Need money returned or need chairs asap. Will never deal with them again"

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE
"Unreliable! We paid over a thousand dollars for an order for the church and paid for the service to be called to schedule an appointment for delivery. NOBODY EVER CALLED US! They apparently delivered our order to a stranger without making sure who they were. I have been calling everywhere for a week and nobody has taken the responsibility to reply. I am looking upon suing both stackchairs4less and the freight company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY. I don't know what else to do. This is totally unacceptable!"

"We ordered 6 chairs and when they arrived, they were much redder than they appeared on the website. They were also too short for our dining room table. This was not the fault of the company, but when I called for a Return Authorization I was told that I would have to pay the shipping, which would probably cost more than the price we were charged for shipping because they were a company and we were not. That seemed reasonable and since we were invoiced $74 shipping, even if it cost twice as much we would have wasted $150 instead of the $550 that we'd already spent. So I took the RA number and called to arrange pickup from UPS in the same boxes they came in. I was quoted $572 to ship the chairs back. We found other uses for the chairs, but we have NO USE WHATSOEVER FOR CHURCHCHAIRS4LESS.COM."

HORRIBLE CHAIRS
"DO NOT PURCHASE from stackchairs4less.com if you have an issue with an order they make you pay for the full shipping back which in my case is 76.00 for 6 light weight junky chairs. They advertised they can hold up to 352 pounds and work for a patio table! NOT TRUE at all! My 6 ft son sat in one and it looked like he was sitting in a kiddy chair! They are flimsy, hollow, not solid and came scratched! They would not budge on shipping and expected me to pay for shipping back which wont be worth it so I just have to give them away now! 176 out of my pocket for a piece of crap chairs. The measurements that they advertise were slightly off as well which added to my frustration! I think a company that makes you pay for shipping back is a joke as I know when you do a high volume of shipping companies that ship give BIG price breaks so I think there gig is to make you keep them!"

"We received these chairs and they were horrible quality. The color wasn't the proper color. We called them to return them and the owner Mr. Belnick wont take any calls. I WOULD NEVER URCHASE ANYTHING FORM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE QUALITY CHAIRS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN OWNER WHO WONT SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER."

"I'm in a horrible position because of their customer service. I was told the 250 chairs I ordered were shipping last Friday. Customer service did say they can't guarantee a delivery date but knowing the chairs were shipping that day I thought that left ample time to receive them. I was surprised we hadn't received them so I checked my order first online that still showed "shipping 3/22"; however, when I called they said the chairs still hadn't shipped because of how the customer service rep filled in the order. We have over 560 reservations for this Sunday and NOOOOOO chairs! Did they try to offer any solutions - No!!!"

"Horrible customer service. Online ordering system is stone age--does not send email confirmation, shipping confirmation or tracking number. Company sent two shipments and only wanted one. Company would not take item back OR even offer a partial refund; they profited in full TWICE off a mistake caused by their online system. Was on hold for over 30 minutes. Product not of quality expected. Will never shop with these jokers again."

"Ordering the chairs from Belnick was easy and fast. Delivery was not. Wilson's driver called for directions to my house. When the driver realized that the delivery was in a residental neighborhood, he said he might have trouble getting in since he was driving a semi-tractor trailer. Had to meet him a few blocks from my house, transfer the chairs into a friend's truck and bring the chairs home myself. Not convenient!"

"This was my first time odering from stack chairs. We just built a new building complete with large meeting rooms for our local high school and needed to complete some of the rooms with new chairs. It was easy to find on the web and once I saw the website I new I had the right company! There were many styles and manufacturers to choose from. The site was very helpful in choosing just the right chairs to fit our needs. Best of all was the pricing! The shipment came in less than a week with no fuss. "Order went seamlessly, shipping co Estes was very prompt once shipped I had within wk.
Chairs are of very good quality, and packaging was done well to prevent damage.
Pricing was better than anywhere I could find. With shipping I paid ~ 23 per chair, other cheapest I could find including shipping cost was 39 per chair, be prepared you will need a shipping dock to receive your order."
