"I was unable to use a $5.00 off coupon yesterday.The clerk said that it was used and it was not good anymore. I tried to use the coupon the day before in another store. The clerk in that store scanned the coupon and said it couldn't be used on my purchase that day. So I thought the coupon could be used yesterday since I didn't get to use it. So, I was disappointed since I am a very loyal customer of Stage.My friend was shopping with me and she had this happen to her before and she said the clerk was able to give her the $ 5.00 credit to her. Maybe the clerk was new and didn't know how to address this type of problem."
