"We stood in line for awhile at 1 register & saw the sales lady was having trouble so we went to the other register where the sales lady was almost done. Once she was done the other sales lady came over & they started talking about the customer & the problems they had with her right in front of us. Thinking this would only take a minute & she would say let me wait on these people she did not. So I said excuse me, I need waited on here is my coupon. She did not stop talking or respond to me. I then said excuse me. Still nothing. My daughter then said we are late can you please wait on us. And she finally turned around irritably & said, “If you put your phone number in I will”, as I was putting in my phone number I told her that I worked in customer service & this was awful customer service. She said we just had a problem with that last customer & I told her I know, we heard which is extremely unprofessional & they should never talk about customers in front of others. Her name was Frankie"
