"I was at the counter, then I stepped back because she had a conversation going on with the customer ahead of me which wasn't a problem but then she left so I figured maybe I gave the impression I wasn't ready. Then I got closer to the counter and when she returned she came up and said enter your phone number. I love good customer service and she gets a 2. I'm aware that maybe I looked wrong or something but we should all be kind and I must admit that even though she didn't speak I asked how she was today and by the end of my transaction she was friendly."
