Delayed Shipments, everything damaged once received
"Probably the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Not only did my first package of over 26 shelves get lost but once I received, the boxes looked like they were packed up by a 2nd grader. The boxes were all beat up and broken, taped up to the best of its ability to hold it together. Once opened, it was as if someone took shredded cardboard and threw everything in a mess in a box. Then upon further inspection every single shelf had dings and dents, deeming them ALL unusable. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Absolute garbage. Still have not even received a refund."

Gridwall Legs Black...one small issue
"Regarding the recent order of Gridwall legs. Great price for the item. One exception is the nuts, bolts and washers that came with the order. They did not do a good job in holding to the gridwalls. In transporting the gridwalls (with the installed gridwall legs) all of them had issues with the bolts and screws becoming loosened and falling off. Had to go to hardware store to get locking nuts to hold them onto the gridwall tightly."

"My order came in with the incorrect parts. Notified the company and replacements were sent out immediately with plenty of communication. Hey, mistakes happen but it's how you handle them that counts, and this company gets high marks for that!"

Always my go-to for my vending needs
"Store supply has reasonable prices on products and shipping, whenever I've needed customer service its been top notch. Shipping was fast.
The only little annoying thing about my latest order was I was shipped. Something that needed to be assembled without any instructions. I ended up looking at an assembled picture of the product and figured it out, but nothing that needs assembly should be sent without instructions.
I would still highly recommend this company to anyone."
