Mailing problems
"The item I received was not what I wanted. I called to try to return it and was told that I did not need authorization or a return number just return it the way it came. We live 40 miles one way from any way to return it through Fed Ex. I was told I had to set up an account with Fed Ex to have them come and pick it up which is something I don't want to do on the computer. So, I am stuck with an item which is not what I wanted and out the money I paid for it. I will not be ordering anything else from your company and will make sure anyone who asks will not also. Please stop sending me emails about your company. I no longer care."

Missing piece
"Placed an order for 3 grid walls, baskets, and legs, only received 2 grid walls with the extras. Called and told them I was missing a grid wall. They sent me a new one, which I expected to receive in just a few days. Well the label ended up being unreadable, so it was sent from CA to TX. I live in CA, so was surprised it was sent to TX. In the meantime I have a show and needed the 3rd grid wall. They relabeled the package and finally got to me, but days later after my show I needed them for. I wish my order would have been sent all at the same time."

Boutique rack
"I purchased a round rack for my boutique. The package was a complete mess when it arrived. Box was damaged and tools were not in the box. I overlooked it because the item arrived the following day after placing my order.
We started putting together the rack only to find multiple paint scratches and some rust around one of the legs.
Very upset with my purchase, I ended up buying a used one off Facebook that was in way better condition."

Bags were much lower quality than I expected
"I specifically told the sales rep what type of bags I was looking for. When they arrived, they were of the same quality as household garbage bags. They were not something I would want to give MY customers to portray "quality.""
