"The item I received was not what I wanted. I called to try to return it and was told that I did not need authorization or a return number just return it the way it came. We live 40 miles one way from any way to return it through Fed Ex. I was told I had to set up an account with Fed Ex to have them come and pick it up which is something I don't want to do on the computer. So, I am stuck with an item which is not what I wanted and out the money I paid for it. I will not be ordering anything else from your company and will make sure anyone who asks will not also. "Placed an order for 3 grid walls, baskets, and legs, only received 2 grid walls with the extras. Called and told them I was missing a grid wall. They sent me a new one, which I expected to receive in just a few days. Well the label ended up being unreadable, so it was sent from CA to TX. I live in CA, so was surprised it was sent to TX. In the meantime I have a show and needed the 3rd grid wall. They relabeled the package and finally got to me, but days later after my show I needed them for. I wish my order would have been sent all at the same time."
