"I was so pleased with the service I received from Storeforknowledge.com. The item I ordered for my nephew was no longer available but the customer service representative went above and beyond to try to find it for me. She even wrote a personal note on my packing slip and enclosed a free gift for my nephew since he couldn't get the color of tractor he really wanted. I will look to them for future shopping needs."

"The products are very nice but the packing could have been better. Several of my items were bent and I asked them specifically in the comments area of the order to pack them carefully because the items were for a collector who keeps them in their packaging and likes them to stay mint condition. I love their selection of dinosaur collectibles though, and the pricing was reasonable. Shipping was very fast. I'd still recommend this seller."
