"Bought a year and 6 month in it died and its been 3 month now that it won't work and they refuse to refund and yet they say if after 30 days of it not working and no fix you can have a refund"

"It is simple, easy to use and understand. It works great and provides the fastest speed. All in all I would recommend YouTube Downloader. "Nice User Interface The ability to Download PlayLists The ability to modify output format Progress bar Ability to continue downloads if the app closes before downloads are complete This a great tool that improves with each upgrade. They seem to resolve bug or add features in tune with what end users desire. A Multi-Device license would be a great addition and/or the ability to run on multiple machines and limit active use to one computer at a time."

An all in one video downloader and file converter:
"This is fantastic YouTube downloader software. I see this more as a one stop shop for my video and conversion needs such as downloads from YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo and many other websites. The application description says it makes use of download acceleration in its software but I can see it really in action when I use. Downloads work for all types of files irrespective of its resolution such as HD, UHD etc. It also supports use of different file types as well besides its good video and audio conversion features. All in all, a MUST application for any user whether a normal or an advanced one. 5 starts indeed! All in all, a great versitile download and converter product to have on all systems"

Easy to use, dependable, and very versatile.
"The software is easy to install and use. It is perfect for someone like me who is quasi-computer literate. Find the video you want to download, copy the address, and open up the This software. Click on "Add Download" and the software takes over from there. It finds all the available formats, asks you to make a choice, and off you go. I can easily run four simultaneous downloads. Others automatically queue and then start when the first are completed. If you have a long series of downloads you can even go offline and say, have dinner or watch TV. The This software keeps quietly chugging along downloading the list. In case of an unexpected computer shutdown, the This software remembers its place in the download and can complete the task when restarted later. A must-have downloader for "video packrats" like me, folks with basic computer use skills."
