"This was not my first purchase from Strings By Mail. I am a returning customer, since I was impressed by the reliability of this reseller and the exellent prices offered on its web site.
This time, again, I was not disappointed. There was some difficulty getting initially the strings that I asked for, but Richard (very personal service BTW) did everything he could to keep me a satisfied customer. And he suceeded.
When evaluating a reseller, I always keep in mind that the greatness of a reseller is measured not when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong and you need service or return or exchange. I would give Strings By Mail more than 100% for this.
I would certainly by from him again.
