"I ordered Ipod screen protectors. It made no mention what size Ipod screen the protectors were for which should have been my first clue as to what would follow. I received my package and the protectors were much to small for the video Ipod. I immediately sent an email asking what needed to happen to obtain a refund. After several more emails (because no reply was given) I finally got a response. After more emails (about a 3:1 ratio--I would get 1 response for every 3 emails I sent) I still have yet to find out where I need to send this item for a refund. I have made many online purchases and this place has been the worst, bar none, for customer service. I'll be buying elsewhere in the future."
"Was looking for a screen protector for my new Garmin 60C GPS. Checked the Geocaching.com boards, and found this company recommended. Their products arrived to our door quickly, and do the trick for that little bit of added protection. It seems their customer service is up to the task as some people reported problems with some of their products, and received new updated replacements for free. Can't beat that! I'm happy with my purchase."
