"I was impressed with the low cost compared to several other sellers of the same or similar product. The product arrived sooner than I anticipated. I was also pleased that the product included an SPSS disc for both MAC and Windows. I have a much more positive opinoin of IBM after purchasing this product since several sources informed me incorrectly that when a consumer purchases SPSS, the purchase is limited to either a Windows version OR a MAC version
