"This company has affordable prices and very courteous service. The reason I am writing this positive review: One of the windscreens I purchased did not fit my microphone (the manufacturer's fault). Studio1 has mailed me a replacement free of charge. The carrier lost the package. Studio1 has immediatly mailed me a second replacement, also free of charge."

"All went well with the order except the vendor promised a UPS tracking number would be sent to me by UPS via email. I never received any email from UPS and I expect it had to do with the vendor not paying attention to detail, mis-submitting my email address to UPS since it was incorrect on the Studio1Productions invoice. Also, web site order form is archaic; all of their products are on the same page making it an eye chart and somewhat easy to end up ordering the incorrect part."
