"Terrible outfit. Require something fairly quickly. Promised to ship within a certain time frame. Asked them to confirm shipping charges. Never responded. Date came and went and no word. Finally had to chase them down for a tracking number. Said it would arrive next day. It didn't. Company got the address wrong. Shipper wouldn't let me make the correction, said it had to be the company. Contacted company. They ignored my requests. Order now stuck in limbo. Either remarkably unprofessional or lazy, I can't figure out which."
