Amazing

Top Notch Customer Service
"I have an old amplifier that has parts that are hard to come by. The amplifier isn't worth much at all but it's my son's, mothers old amp and he is starting to play guitar and needed an amp so I decided to rebuid it.
I got in touch with Frank and that man is a legend. The parts weren't the purchase of the day by a long shot but Frank helped me figure all the stuff I needed. We had an email chain going and his responses were very quick (most within just minutes!) He really knows his stuff and was very kind and helpful.
I cannot say enough great things about him and the company. Service was beyond excellent. Prices were fantastic and shipping was prompt.
We need more "old school" places of business like this in the world. Just being able to talk to an actual person that had the knowledge I needed was a breath of fresh air.
Highly recommend them and Frank. Keep rocking y'all!"

First order was better than I could have dreamed
"I needed amplifier parts, and ordering a week before Chirstmas I did not have high hopes since everyone is either swamped or out of the office. I had a shipping notice just a couple of hours after I placed the order, and they had the package into USPS's hands the same day. Hard to beat when someone has excellent service AND excellent prices. This is my go-to parts supplier from now on."

"Excellent service and decent prices. I live way out in Hawaii so Im used to outrageous shipping costs. Not only did they ship it quickly via USPS at a very low cost but it was relatively minor item and they still responded quickly to questions too. I got the item a few days later, the exact item I needed. They carry various amp parts and other circuit board parts for amps and electronics. From what Ive read they also repair VCRs and other things. I would definitely check them out for parts you might need for various electronic products."
