"First, when checking to see if the rate would be good for two years, I found it was not. No discount on second year. However, when clicking BACK it showed that I would get TWO years for the total price of one. Well, not true.
Second, it took 3 tries for me to learn there is something to click on to change the address on the subscription. It allows an EDIT easily, but when going to pay, twice it reverted to the original address. On the third try I was offered not only the EDIT but a CHANGE ADDRESS option, which worked."
