Why isn't ordering another year easier?!

"so, I wanted to order another year for my mothe and click on pay with PayPal and it wants a shipping address? sincew I want to send it to the same place/same order as before, maybe ask if I want to change it from (give planned shipping address), so then I entered her same address, I hit Continue and try to Complete Order and I get an error message without haveg ever been asked for my Billing Address, - meaning I have to back out and find wherever it can be entered, but didn't show up before giving me an error message???? lousy program testing."

My Mom has not received her Readers Digest and it has been many many weeks

"This has not been a good experience. No magazine, Readers Digest (Large Print) delivered. The only thing I have received from your company is this email asking me to rate my experience with you. It has , as of this date, not been good. At this point, I would not recommend your service to anyone. Regarding the product, Readers Digest, I have no opinion as we have not received anything. It seems it has been a one way street. We give money to Reseller and what we get is the wait for, as of this date, nothing."
