Good Pricing - Poor Communication
"I found a really good price on the magazine I was interested in. There was zero communication from the time the order was placed until I received my first issue a couple of months later. I think there should be an automated notification system sending out things like "Your order has been processed" , "Your first issue is on it's way", etc. Just kind of let me hanging wondering if/when the issue would show up."
