"Very slow from the initial order to final arrival of item (Oh yea it hasn't come yet). I could have ordered from an Ebay seller and had the unit installed and in use earlier this week.
It has been over a week, still waiting. Just inform the buyer you take forever to ship and it goes by the slowest means possible!!!"

"Item did not ship right away. Could have been processed a little quicker. When it did did ship they did not ship all the items I ordered. While I was quickly issued a refund on the missing item, this caused an inconvenience for me. In speaking with the sales rep it sounded as if this happens a lot."

"The website is very useful friendly with all the inventory and their description included. Customer reviews would be a great addition. They shipped right away, but the delivery by UPS was very frustrating. In Vancouver, Canada UPS won't deliver on weekends and only during working hours. Special arrangements need to be made for an extra fee. Perhaps if they use Canada Post it would be less frustrating. Overall the products have been delivered and in good working order. Summit even threw in a universal remote."
