Deceptive Business Practices
"Like many other people who have purchased Apple 12w charging blocks and Lightening cables from Supergooddeals, mine do not work as advertised. First, the 3' and 6' cables are not MFI certified as claimed on the website and by the owner Kevin Lipsitz. When I plugged them in to two different iPad Air 2's and three different iPhone 6's I got a message that they were not certified Apple cables. The charging block would not charge my iPad and after 1 week of use now does not work at all. I tried the Apple OEM charging block and cable and they work perfectly. Kevin will not refund my money nor will he exchange them because it has been just over 60 days since I bought them even though I just opened them up and started using them. BUYER BEWARE!!!
This company is not reputable and does not back up the products they sell."

Got refund
"After receiving wrong item I wanted to return the item. they ask me to return the item but they didn't provide any returning label or address. So I returned it to where it came from which was actually supplier. And SuperGooddeals refused to refund. But later it was handled by the owner and he refunded the item price and return shipping cost."

Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service
"I ordered a Charging Cube for my iPhone and it does not work at all. It does not charge the phone at all (even 1%) even after an hour. I tried another cube I had and it worked instantly and perfectly. The owner Kevin insists that I pay shipping costs to return the defective item. Since the product is defective, I should not have to incur shipping or any additional costs and I don't trust any of his replacement products to work. So I am stuck with a defective product and he will not reimburse me for it nor pay to ship it back. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service and shoddy products. Buyer Beware: Do NOT buy from this company - the extra few bucks elsewhere is worth it."

"This company, their junk, and the idiot Kevin are the WORST! I purchased a lazer light that did not work. Never do they answer the phone. I sent it back. USPS tracking said it was delivered, but they said it wasn't?? Finally after 2 weeks of e/mails I got a replacement that also does not work. Do yourself a favor and stick with a reputable company like Amazon. Kevin your a CROOK at best."

"Caveat emptor...let the buyer beware...AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! All three Lightning cables I ordered failed. Kevin told me he would exchange them but NEVER did. SuperGoodDeal.com is not responding to my emails. Don't waste your time and money with these guys."

"Crap.... this guy took weeks to ship the order and the charger for my Apple phone started sparking when I went to plug it in. COMPLETE GARBAGE!!! "These people are terrible...
Ordered block and cable from them.. both worked for 2-3 days and stopped.
I called them.. no answer.
I emailed and they said to return it for a new one.
I sent it back.. checked tracking #.. they received it.. they never sent a new one.
I have called multiple times with no answer.
I have emailed them 7-8 times with no answer....
Don't order from these people ever !!

"I ordered an umbrella hat as a gag gift for my mother-in-law. 12 days later I still had not received it. I emailed them asking about it and they claimed that there was a message on their homepage saying they were on vacation, so orders would not be sent until they returned. I saw no such message as I was looking at their website. I would have noticed it too because I looked the homepage over like crazy to make sure they were legit before I ordered from them. Also, don't expect to get a confirmation email from them. Their site is so jenky that ALL message from the get filtered to spam. Some even get deleted before they make it to your spam folder. Don't order from these people. Their stuff is junk and their website is a joke."

"I ordered an iPhone charger. I received it, but it did not work. I sent the item back, as instructed, but never received a credit. I disputed the charge through paypal, and superbad deals did not refund the money. I cannot follow it further because I did not send the item back with tracking. In retrospect I should have done that, so I guess I am out $8. Super horrible customer service. Dishonest. Do not do business with them."

"I purchased two IPHONE 5/5S cables for $3.99 each free shipping. Good deal right? WRONG!!! Terrible quality. The wire itself has way WAY less flexibility. The contacts rub off and ware away and quit working within weeks. The material wares off INSIDE YOUR IPHONE!!!! These cables failed so quickly it'll make you so made and ruin your IPHONE!!!
