Incredible customer service!
"There has been two times when I needed help with the product and Mark got my email and sent back the answer right away both times. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had customer service this good in my 65 years! I was in a customer service Retail job for 38 years before I retired and I know what customer service means….. Customer Service Beyond Toner and Ink
"I have written previously regarding my great satisfaction with toner from Swift Ink. But sometimes the problem is in the printer! Today, I asked Swift Ink how to get my printer working again. Mark immediately emailed me instructions, and when I telephoned him (because I did not follow the instructions carefully), he quickly taught me what to do to solve the problem. Summary: both the products and the customers service are fantastic. I've called Brother, and there's no comparison! Swift Ink didn't put me through 100 questions. They just solved the problem."

"I had issues with two of the cartridges and they promptly sent two new cartridges. One still didn't work, but they sent me another cartridge and it works great.
In a time where companies don't care about customer service, it's nice to find a company that cares about their clients"

Amazing value, quality, and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
"We have used swiftink.com for many, many years and have always been extremely happy with the quality and value of their printer cartridges. In fact, we have NEVER had an issue with one of their cartridges in all they years we have been with them until recently the printer did not recognize one of them. I contacted the company and they sent a new one with no hassle or cost to us. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and how easy it was but that was not even the thing that awarded them a whole new level of CS in my book. Shortly after placing and receiving a new order for multiple cartridges, my printer broke and I got a new one that uses different size cartridges. I contacted the company and asked if they would be able to help me with the situation even though it was through no fault of theirs that I could no longer use the cartridges. They replied almost immediately and offered me a full refund for any unused cartridges. They say you never know how good a company really is until you have a problem, and I can now say that this company is fantastic on every level!!"

"I have used Swift ink as my sole ink source for quite a few years now. And as I have changed businesses, my ink needs have changed too, and Swift ink has been right there with me!
I always call Mark when I have a question, and he always has the right answer! He is SO helpful!! He is patient and thorough, explaining just what I need to know. Mark has given me great peace of mind whenever I call with an ink crisis. Even after not speaking with him for well over a year, he picked up our conversation with a keen memory as if it had just been a few days ago! Incredulous!! Their company is also quite on top of the electronic changes in many various printers, and they know just how to handle it!
And their prices can't be beat, while still knowing you are getting the RIGHT cartridge for your printer, at AFFORDABLE prices!! Plus - they ship very quickly! Don't waste precious time looking elsewhere -- SWIFT INK is the ONLY resource you need in the ink world!

"I'm very grateful to find Swift Ink!
I get my ink about 1-2x/month through retail, then Amazon, then Ebay sources. Ebay was tricky in that they may not give you an expiration date and you have to hunt and pick at baout $10-15 less from vendors all over the world. Amazon pricve is the same as retail - which is too darn much thanks to inflation.
HP is tricky too...they'll reject your ink if it is refurbished most of the time. Been there. The HP ink subscription means I need to learn a foreign language to talk to a human - if they pick up and they're reviews are not good.
With Swift Ink, I have had 2 successful purchases where the HP printer (5252 series) accepted it. It did NOT accept it initially but it did on the 2nd attempt.
And the best part, Swift Ink took my call when I asked about it and advised me. Getting a human is as hard as getting a good price and Mark was there to pick up!

"I bought the wrong size ink cartridge, so I asked about returning / exchanging it for the right size.
The CSR Mark refunded me immediately & told me I didn't even need to return the one I bought by mistake.

They Work!
"This is the first time, and I mean the first time, I've ever had a remanufactured ink cartridge work! Ever! EVER! I bought a budget 4-in-1 unit but the ink is making me feel like an absolute pauper. I couldn't get any remanufactured cartridges to work. Swift Ink is now going to be my new vendor. Thank goodness, because I have so many things that need my money, like brain surgery. I'm not even kidding."
