"This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a company. I order product over a month ago and still have not recieved the product nor can I get anyone to call me to talk about my order. I have left 5+ messages and no one will return my call. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. They kept giving me the run around about when my product would be shipped through e-mail but I never could get a customer service representitive to call."

"Great experience overall, I went to the irc channel with a couple questions and found out my order was already packed (fast service!) and Blackwolf did a great job answering my questions. I'm completely new to xbox modding but with the x3 I'm off to a good start. The x3 package even included the 1.6 rebuild PCB when I thought I'd have to order it separately!

"Ordering was no problem - took the cash fast from my account. My Xbox arrived on Nov. 5th and was shipped the same day! Was very impressed! However, UPS didn't know where my package was and neither did System-mods. It didn't leave system-mods until the 11th, in the meantime phonecalls and emails back and forth which led nowhere. It was very frustrating. I was frightened at one point that my xbox had been lost. My package arrived a couple of days later with everything installed."

"this place is great! There items ship when they are going to say they are. The come packaged well. However, the best part about this company is their tech support. They have done everything they can to try to help me get my mod chip working. I've found their IRC channel (#SMT) on efnet to be very helpful without getting all the crap you do from other channels. I know they hear the same questions over and over, but they always are polite and give you the information you need as if you are the first person to ever ask a question that's asked 60 times per day."

"The item I ordered was shipped the day after the order was placed. It arrived at my house arrived a week later (including saturday and sunday.) The package was shipped in a very protective manner, bubble wrap, this little cloth to hold the item etc. Their tech support is also helpful with any questions you may have (thank you john.) "Ordered this part on Sunday October 24th. I am currently still waiting for this part. Their phone support is a joke. The product was supposed to be shipped overnight, instead it was shipped 3 days late as priority usps mail. If you are looking for a mod-chip I would suggest shopping elsewhere."
