"Err, wish this place was still around, who knows of another place like this? I made many orders and everything was great, I always picked them up as I live only a half hour away. Wish they would come back, they treated my friends and I great. So many rumors around as to why they closed doors. Sucks."

"I tried to order a hard drive from them and for some reason their auto-authorizer wouldn't accept my debit card. I didn't think anything of it and ordered it from another company. They sent me a reply to my first order try and said they had problems processing my order and needed my assistance to finish it. Without any reply from me they charged my card the next day. It overdrafted me. They re-authorized my card 8 days later, charged me for 2 day air and sent me another hard drive. I complained about it and they ignored me for weeks. I went thru pricewatch to put some pressure on them. Hearing nothing for another week, I decided to send it back witrh no R.M.A. just to get it back in their hands so I could force some money out of them. They sent me an R.M.A. about 5 days after that, that I guess Pricewatch scared out of them. This was 2 months ago. Somebody named Jason signed for it, that's all I know. They basically robbed me and took off. Would you want this to happen to you?? Remember this if they pop back up.They took my money."

"The closing of TCWO has nothing to do with the hurricanes here. Dan Thompson(The T in TCWO) just decided to start treating his employees like crap and shut the store down. This is a real shame because it was a great store for a long time. I miss having such a great place in Tampa. Maybe someone will be able to come along and do just as good or better."

"I am upset that this store has closed up shop. This was my favorite place to shop. i have built 15 systems and got all my parts here. i have been shopping with them for many years. If they ever come back online and open the store again i will continue my shopping here. The support was good and the customer service was awesome. if there was a problem with a product or an order they corrected it right away!"

"This company seems to have closed up shop. Web site down. No answer at phone or fax. My last purchase was in april and around the time of the first hurricane, it was impossible to get ahold of anyone for purchases. Too bad, they were one of my favorites to do buisness with."

"First of all, we have had the pleasure to purchase our parts from TCWO. They are very reliable and at this time are not able to have their web site up do to the Florida Storms. It seems that normal home users here that complains, are ones that do not follow up on their orders or just like to start problems for others. Do we have RMA so to send back bad products? Yes of course we do because there is no company out there that can give a 100% assurity of their products it will happen now and then. I would like to take this time to inform your team that it is always a pleasure doing business with your company, my order arrived and everything was exactly what I ordered. Delivery time was overnight,once again thank you for providing such great service and look forward to doing business with you again, GREAT JOB!!!!"

"I have a very bad feeling that TCWO is gone for good. I went to their local offices and their willcall center has been completely gutted and all but 2 people on their staff have been let go. Now their website it "down for maintnance" but I get the impression it's done. Sad day, TCWO has always been good to me in the past and it sucks to see it go."

"Slow to no response from the Sales department with a request to stop an order from shipping. The request was sent over 12 hours before they show the order was shipped and after more then 24 hours later no response. Second inquiry has yet to yield a response. Got a response to refuse the order too late to do so. Two more RMA request sent with nothing but an autoreply. If they still exist DO NOT BUY from them. As of 8/31 stil no response from this company. I guess they have shutdown. It's a good thing I didn't have a chance to refuse the shipment as they had suggested, I would never get my money back. At least I have the item in my possesion. Contrary to what others have posted in subsequent post, people are not here to cause trouble. It's trying to inform other of the experience of dealing with this vendor. It appears they have gone out of business or have chosen to shut down."
