Extra shipping
"In the past 4 months, I have purchased over $10000 in parts for my pickup. The last item to complete my trucks face-lift now has an extra $373.48+taxes shipping charge that I just received an email about. So much for free shipping and no hidden fees."

Horrible Customer Service
"Horrible customer service, I want to return an item that doesn't work for me. I have dealing with customer service for eight yes 8 days. They won't reply more than one email per day and they are making me pay the return shipping. Don't buy from this company it is worth it to pay the extra money to deal with a good company. They are slow to respond. Expect three days at first then well you know...."

They all want to sell product they don't stock
"Sure, great price but that isn't worth anything if there isn't stock & a guesstimate at best when the backorder is released.
In the meantime your credit card is charged, find your way through the cancellation process & wait 10-15 business days for a refund

Stay away!!!
"Ordered long tube headers, after a week they said it would take 1 month, after 1 month they said to me it would take 3-4 months before I get my stuff, but on the website it doesn't say that. I bet money they know roughly how long is the waiting time but they don't tell you hoping to make a "sell" and take your money to live with for awhile. I got lucky, I got my money back by threats of legal actions because they were not in a rush to pay me back when I canceled the order. My advice, stay away. Pretty sure those 5 stars comments are bought from social media and fake accounts like many websites out there do nowadays."

"Bad experience with there site ordered product, said it was in stock… They cancelled the order saying the delivery address was not correct. Total crap.. used another site . Don’t waste your money or time."

Worst Customer Service and Horrible, Long Wait for Shipping
"Their customer service is a joke--I think the employees are too lazy to answer their phones. Tdot claims to have the largest supplies parts in Canada--that is inaccurate and false, also fraudulent--I ordered Power Stop Brakes in the summer--I waited three months--Tdot failed to update me, nothing was transparent, and they offered no apologies to make me wait so long. This company is a joke!!!! Don't waste your time. Thanks for reading my review."

"Ordered a tuner from these clowns needed 3.5l gas they sent me gt diesel been trying to get the info to send this back to them so I can get what I had Ordered back and forth emails can't call or speak to anyone do yourselves a favor and purchase elsewhere."

Bad experience
"Very disappointed!
I used the part finding tool on their website to purchased a set of brakes for my 2017 Ford Explorer Sport.
The parts arrived and they were for a base model explorer with smaller rotors. I explained (and proved) that their part finding tool gave me the wrong part numbers but it didn't matter. They said I could return the parts but I had to pay for shipping (and duty) back to the US, even know they claim to be a Canadian Company. On top of everything, you can only deal with their customer service through email which is extremely slow and frustration. Don't be fooled, they claim 30-Day No-Hassle returns but nothing could be father from the truth.
I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before making my purchase. It seems that I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience."

Terrible and pointless
"ordered an exhaust system from aFe in may 2021 and got it end of august 2021. The original shipping date when i bought the part (getting charged full amount) was 30 buisiness days max. Then came a series of excuses blaming it all on the supplier in the usa. Whats the point then of ordering from this place if i could just buy directly from aFe? No savings and no service. Just a mediator that doesnt even do thier job?? Oh and there was also a tac weld broken off the rear cat."

Terrible service
"I purchased a Track bar for my jeep. Took 8 weeks for me to get with no explanation. When I opened the box, it was missing a bushing. I immediately emailed them(because if you call the 1800#, it hands up on you at the end) and requested a refund also attaching a picture of the missing bushing. I very been waiting for 4 weeks and still nothing.....

When they start with excuses....
"Well...as soon as I got a couple emails the first few days giving me excuses for delays I knew it was going to be a long wait...I am still waiting for a simple part for my truck. 12 weeks later."

14 weeks waiting with poor excuses
"My miserable experience started at April 6, and still going on when I placed my first order for Bilstein special order struts with them and it was my first experience with Canadian performance company because of good price and to avoid the shipping chaos occurred during Covid 19 but turn out to be a disaster for items which was suppose to be delivered after 4 to 6 weeks but still not yet after 14 weeks.
This is classified as performance parts supplier which can't manage one order for 14 weeks now.
Disappointed beyond description and my advice to you is not to deal with them and save your time and efforts"

Here's go my trip
"Ordered a 13707 hitch last night.Everything was ok money was charged to my credit card Oups this morning they don't have the product.50 to 55 days before I receive it.Guess they sold the one they have in inventory over night.I think I found one in Edmonton It's gone be an expensive hitch Lol"
