"We transitioned our daughter here from another school and could have have been happier with our decision. All of the staff (teachers, directors, kitchen staff) have been nothing but kind, nurturing, and loving to our daughter and our family for the entirety of her time with them. We were extremely sad to leave the school, but as we are moving out-of-state, sought the recommendation for a sister school (Child Time) where we will be relocating based on our experience at Tutor Time of Concord. We cannot day enough good things about the experience our daughter had here."

"Everything has been good so far. With new teachers transitioning in some days when I pick him up he has on a soiled pull up. Then some days in the brightwheel app they never document when he has gone to the bathroom or if they have had to change him. Also, my husband and I have always paid on time, but the price seems like it is continuously going up."

"We’ve been using a Tutor Time for many years. The care used to be remarkable but over the past 6 months the school has taken a terrible turn. Teachers are inconsistent and child is often in various rooms. There’s no way to ensure his education is on a continuum when he’s always with a different person. Teachers frequently can’t answer basic questions about my child’s day. There’s always a new cost tacked on for something that’s not tangible. It’s very sad to watch an amazing school slowly dissolve into something that’s only about the money. And the price is well above others in the area for the service now being provided. I was once willing to pay for it when the care was exceptional but the care is subpar now and definitely not worth the tuition cost. A few teachers there are wonderful but they aren’t my child’s current teachers. They are the ones that greet us happily in the mornings. I’m never worried for his safety there but I expect more from a school that was once so great."

"I'm concerned with the overall rising cost and the fact that the families are constantly requested to donate more toward the activities of the classroom, on top of anything the faculty deems appropriate for the staff. There seems to be a constant request for funds so the teachers feel they are appreciated when in retrospect this is part of a job well done."

"I would love to see a change in the billing practices- my card runs every week for the charges but I absolutely hate getting the account overdue notices. Change the billing or payment practices please!"

"I love Tutor Time. My ten year old loved Tutor Time when he was part of the preschool program and my two year old loves it now. I love the directors. I love the teachers. The level of care is outstanding. I hate the price. I think it costs too much. And the tuition rates have increased several times in the two short years my toddler has been at Tutor Time. I know the staff at the center do not control this so I try not to blame them. But for the people at corporate and the regional management - stop looking at my son like he's a dollar sign."

"The teacher's customer service has gotten better, so whatever was said to make them a little friendlier, keep it up. No matter what role you play at that school, where you are or what you are doing, the teachers/staff should always greet a parent or tell them good bye. Hold doors for parents as they're walking in. Little things-the teachers there were in some ways kind of stuck up. They would walk right by you and never say a word. Sit at the front desk and act like you're not there. Walk in front of you, see you coming in the classroom and shut the door- just rude. But, that's gotten a lot better, so I appreciate that."

"With the increase in cost from year to year, our family doesn't seem to get a break in spending even as our children get older. Typically the cost would decrease but that is being offset by the year to year increases. Furthermore, families are requested to contribute to classroom and staff activities which drives totals higher still."

"We love the school. My son is doing well and has learned so much in just a short amount of time. The teachers love him and he loves them.My only other thought is that some of the food is not always fit for the age group. Not many 2 year olds eat tuna fish and kidney beans. My son winds up not eating much and then comes home hungry. I am paying for the food, but because of what is being served, he's not always eating it. Granted, he's a little pickier than most, but tuna fish and kidney beans are a little much for a 2 year old."

"I love the teachers and staff and the education is great. Everyone is very caring and professional. I have a hard time with the price. The rates are supposed to decrease every year as the children get older but they keep increasing the price so you never get a break. There seems to have been a price increase twice in the last year. The price is astounding."

"I love the connection and communication between myself as a parent with all of the staff. They are easy to talk to and very reliable. I feel safe leaving my child there as I work.

Great School
"I was very worried about sending my daughter to daycare. She was watched by family until she was about a year and 3 months old. She started in Tod A and I immediately felt relief after her first day. Her teachers loved her and truly cared about her. Her current teachers show so much love towards her too. Overall I love this school but there are cons. I will have to probably take her out of this school before she gets to age 3-4. The class sizes are crazy big! They always stay in ratio but the classrooms are so small for the amount of kids in them. I am an educator and I know how hard it can be to teach a large class. Imagine 24 4 year olds in one classroom... trying to teach them. It’s crazy! I don’t care how many teachers are in there, that’s a lot of 4 year olds in one room. Also, the teachers need to be making more! These ladies work so hard and take such good care of these babies."
