"Ms. Patti and Mrs. Mary have a passion for teaching and have prepared my child for success going forward. The creativity and effort put into the daily lesson plans is exceptional and fosters life long learning experiences. I truly appreciate all they have done for building my child's leaning foundation."

"Generally, it's been decent. Not impressed but they have met my expectations just not exceeded them. I come from child care too and little things are what I'm used to from teachers. For example, if a child didn't show up for school and the parent had not mentioned the child's absence,before the end of the day, we called to check on the child and let the parent know the was missed. Just little things. In the evening at pick up, we made it a point to ask the parent how their day went. We wanted to develop a relationship with the patent and the child. In transitioning to a new classroom,it was required of the teacher to contact the parent to have a meeting to go over expectations and questions. This also happened for new children. So, i miss little things."

"I would have liked to have known that there was no room for my child, before I went on the tour. When I spoke to 800 number, I was asked about time frame and I told them I needed immediate care. booked a tour, only to find out that there was no room for my child"

"I have a reputable day care facility in my neighborhood, and yet I chose to drive the extra distance to Tutor Time. We did this because it was immediately clear that the former director was not only loving and caring with EACH and EVERY child, she knew them all by name and made the families feel like we were a valued part of the community she built. In addition to the caring environment, the curriculum was tool notch, and my grand daughter entered kindergarten prepared to excel academically. That director also hired assistant directors and teachers that aligned to her compassionate manner.I now find that they school is run like more a factory. The most noticeable change is the ridiculous billing practices. Money has never been a factor and it's not one now. My issues deal with the manner in which these policies are applied not the cost. It's also a value issue for me. I expect the comparable value that Tutor used to provide. I don't see any more and for these reasons we are revisiting our decision to remain there."

"My family has had an amazing experience with Tutor Time. We were concerned with the level of care and education at our daughter's previous school (and it was too far away from home after we moved), so we changed schools to Tutor Time after a lot of research. We expected an increase in our daughter's early education, but Tutor Time has far exceeded our expectations. She is learning so much every day and bringing it all home with her. My wife and I have very much enjoyed watching her learn and grow, and Tutor Time plays a huge role in that.Our daughter's teacher, Miss Janice, is wonderful. She treats the kids like her own and is very gentle, loving, and sincere with their care. We're going to miss her when our daughter moves into an older classroom, but if Ms. Janice is any indication of the skills and attitude of the other teachers at Tutor Time, we will be more than happy."

"I have been very comfortable leaving my daughter with the staff at Tutor Time. She shows genuine affection toward the staff, which tells me that she feels safe and cared for. Everyone has been welcoming and professional, and responsive to my questions and needs.I was somewhat disappointed by a decrease in scheduling flexibility that came with the new automated billing system, but I understand this was a change made company-wide and not the choice of my particular school. The staff have been as helpful as they can be within the confines of the new system."
