"Great staff, clean facilities, structured environment, awesome communication! Thank you. My ONLY wish is that it was a little bit more affordable. We had similar amenities at a former facility, but we paid $100 less per week for my toddler boy. We were happy there, but unfortunately we moved away from that city and had to find new childcare. Right now, we can swing the higher tuition because I am working from home and my school-age daughter is distance learning from home and we don't need to pay tuition for her. If I return to the office, paying tuition for 2 will be challenging."

"Being greeted by staff is awesome. Walking in classroom and teachers are happy and greet my son and I as we walk in. Have a small conversation with teacher and I give my son a hug and kiss and tell him to have a beautiful day and be safe, his teacher say have a good day and I tell her the same, then I leave out. So when I return to pick my son up I ask his teacher how was his day she explains and I ask questions she answers, if it was a bad day she explains what happen and I questions, the other teachers that help the head teacher are nice as well some more than others. So seems to be there for the pay and some have the passion for the kids and their concerns. Tutor time been around for awhile and I like the location where my son goes but it’s just I feel the staff can be more alert and stay attentive to the Beginners and preschooler Like they do in the baby and pre toddler classes. All kids are precious"

"The director and staff are nice and kind. However my daughter has problems with a few of her classmates I suppose. I feel some kids can be mean. We’ve told her to just stay away from the mean kids. We have addressed to the staff about one time one of the boys kicked her and left a huge bruise on her leg. So they said they will separate them. I feel the staff hears us but want them to make sure no bullying is going on or kids are being picked on. I always tell my daughter if some kid said something or hurt her in some way to tell the teacher. Sometimes i know it can be hard to discipline all the kids for this and that but I hope the teachers just know what appropriate discipline that fits what needs to be done to correct the actions of kids."

"they say no outside food or drinks, teacher tries to say it is because of allergies. Then put a sign up for a party for people to bring outside food, with the same thing on the list was told was an allergy concern. WHen I enrolled I was told children would be moved on abilities not just age. My oldest complains to me she is board, and has been telling multiple times a week that she does not want to go to school."
