"My order arrived very quickly and was exactly as advertised. I'm very pleased with the quality. Within 30 minutes of placing my order a customer service rep (Monica Raposa) sent me an email letting me know she could help me with any questions or problems I may have. I called because I needed help uploading my artwork and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again."

"Overall a decent experience. I found the website a bit difficult to navigate, and I don't understand the $10 fee for splitting a box. It seems a bit high. We just wanted to buy one skirt to see if we liked the quality. Then, when placing our larger order, I found that there's also a $10 fee if we don't buy a whole box of the skirt hangers which are less than $5 each."

"After making the purchase my document with the art work didn't have good quality to print and there wasn't any help form the staff. I'll have to ask a third party designer to help or just choose another company that has the same product and designers that can help. Other than that, the staff was really friendly and helpful."
