"This battery seller should be avoided!! I ordered a batter for a specific computer. They sent me a battery that didn't even have a model number on it. It just had a list of batteries that it replaced, none of which was the battery I told them I needed. When I tried to get a refund, I ended up going back and forth about a half dozen times with their customer service email asking me for information about the battery they sent me, which one would assume they would already have since I gave them the order number. I'm still trying to get them to accept a refund of the incorrect battery they sent me."
