"I bought an item with a warranty. The item failed in less than 6 months. When I tried to contact this company, no one replied to emails, the chat never worked, and the phone number was disconnected and then changed to some other business.
The website seems to be still selling parts, but beware! I have been told by a former employee that the owner lost money and shut the business down (except the website, apparently).
Complaints to the local consumer affairs group got nowhere, as the company refused to respond to them.
