Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Purchased a downloadable software solution, but found the time between the purchase (i.e. my credit card being charged) and the download link (supplied by the software developer, not TechXtend) to be a little unsettling. While both companies are reputable, you get to wondering if you're ever going to see the delivery! TechXtend order status didn't provide any insight. The download link and activation key did arrive, but again, the time between purchase and fulfillment was, in my opinion, uncomfortably long. Still, TechXtend is easy to shop with, the website and order processing are good, so 4 out of 5 stars."
"My order of an Intel compiler was delayed by Intel due to an issue with my address. I was told there was an extra comma between the city and state although my invoice shows no such extra comma and it was auto delivered immediately after the order. This was Intel's fault as far as I can tell and one of the TechXtend employees worked with Intel to fix the issue and personally emailed me activation codes. I was very happy with TechXtend but a little disappointed in Intel's automated license system."
"TechXtend is the best! Every year I order Intel support from TechXtend, which is delivered PDQ. If I have any questions, I just call TechXtend and get quick personal service."
"Academic license eligibility requirements stated on the website are incomplete. Additional hidden requirements are revealed only after the order has been made, and only when the customer calls to inquire why the order is on hold, leading to a waste of time and order cancellation."
