"tried several times to pay through Amazon. Kept getting the message that I had not logged into Amazon in a while (I stopped and logged on), still kept getting the message. Finally went to paypal. Your system told me I had encounterd an error, but then got a message from paypal they had placed the order. Very confusing. Took me a while to check out. By the way, I have had this same experience before. Do love your website, but you might check to see if others are experiencing this this same problem."
"I often avoid going with the very bottom price ('cuz you get what you pay for), but the google reviews were decent and the return and warranty policies were. . .umm not the absolute best, but on the decent side. We'll see what happens.
Here's one small glitch already - techforless is asking me to review the shopping experience and the available tags on this form are: shipping, product, payment, technical, customer service and service. No tag for you.
Also, it's asking me how likely I am to refer friends and family (which I put at Not Very Likely - see reasons immediately following) and I haven't even received the product yet. Do people recommend sites based on a shopping experience? Those people and I must not be from the same planet.
And, yes, in case you're wondering, I am a grumpy old man."
"Since I just ordered and haven’t gotten my soundbar yet, too early to say how the experience of getting a new soundbar was. I’m looking forward to getting delivery."
